CIVIL

We have many years of experience advising clients on the appropriate factors to consider when making decisions, procedure or defending and bringing legal challenges. Our Barristers are able to draft court proceedings, including providing advice and dealing with any subsequent paperwork in all stages of the case.
IMMIGRATION
Our Barristers have extensive experience in advising on all types of Immigration Law cases and have appeared before the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal, the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal. They have conducted a number of notable cases including deportation appeals and asylum claims and are able to provide advice and deal with all aspects of immigration.
